REFUND POLICY

FOSCHER return/replacement/refund policy is customer friendly so that you can confidently purchase your favourite products. The policy follows:

 

In case, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any product bought from FOSCHER within ___ days from the date of receipt. 

 

No return/refund/replacement on SALE products.

 

You can return the products via courier.

 

If you return/replace the product by courier, send us a mail at assist@foscher.com, specifying the reason for return/replacement. Please mention your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment.

 

Please return to us the unused product in original packing (Same box in which the product was delivered to you) for inspection. 

 

Replacement, if available will be couriered to you or a credit note will be available for unhampered products. 

 

In case you wish to return the product, the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our Quality Controller.

 

FOSCHER will bear the cost of transferring back the product. However, you will have to bear the cost of sending the product to us.



In case you find a manufacturing defect in the product purchased, kindly contact Customer Service of Foscher.at: assist@foscher.com

 

We provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects, if the concerned product is returned to our store within 30 days from the date of receipt.
